A Warm Welcome to Cedar Court Care Home, South East London
You’ll find Cedar Court Care Home in Abbeywood to be a happy and bright purpose-built home situated in South East London. We are close by to local shops and good transport links, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our care team at Cedar Court Care Home offers residential dementia care for those that need support to maintain their independence and individuality. We also provide respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break, and specialist care for those who have mental health conditions where we support our residents to re-establish their mental well-being, sustain independence and prepare for a move into supported living or their own home.
We run a busy activities programme, including day trips out and regular visits from entertainers. Some residents love to spend time in our garden, helping maintain our vegetable patch.
We are also locally famous for our array of chickens and pigs, which people are always welcome to come along and visit.
