How the service works

There are three ways in which the service can be accessed by health and social care professionals.

1. Care Sourcer Solo

Health and social care professionals can use the Care Sourcer Solo online
service to search, compare and match care providers to individuals based on their specific care needs.

Pricing

 There is no cost to register or obligation to use the online service. Simply start searching for care.

2. Care Sourcer Pro

Care Sourcer Pro places a dedicated Care Sourcer team member within a hospital. They will be responsible for sourcing care providers via the Care Sourcer online service and liaising between discharge units, patients and families to incorporate any necessary home visits and assessments into an agreed discharge plan.

Pricing

There is no charge for implementation. Care placements are charged at £200 (excluding VAT) per patient. This is subject to a minimum number of placements
per month. 

3. Care Sourcer Enterprise

Care Sourcer Enterprise streamlines the brokerage process of assessed care requirements via a real-time, web-based E-brokerage platform which enables health and social care professionals to source care whilst offering valuable market insights.

Pricing

We will create a bespoke Care Sourcer Enterprise E-brokerage platform for you, therefore pricing is by quotation.
