From the manager
“I have managed and owned Strathmore Lodge since 2013. Previously, I have managed 6 care homes in a family run business in North London since 2000. We endevour to provide a warm, friendly and homely environment in which will all residents remain in control of their lies and as independent as possible. I firmly believe that we are only as good as all the staff that work at Strathmore Lodge. All our staff are indiviudually ery important parts of the team and they are all respcted and appreciated by me as well as being supported the be the best carer they can be, through training and support as well as them all being listened to and having a say in the running of the care home.”
