Epitome Home Care Ltd provide person-centred care to adults and older people living in their own homes – more commonly known as domiciliary care or care at home services. The directors have worked in health and social care for over twenty years, and they have a passion for providing the best levels of care possible to vulnerable adults living in community and it is this passion that has led to the creation of the business.
Epitome Home Care Ltd provides a variety of domiciliary/home care services to help individuals remain independent in their own homes. Being able to stay in your own home gives a person the confidence to remain independent in life, whilst maintaining a sense of dignity.
Epitome Home Care Ltd provide with a variety of tasks and chores, such as (but not limited to):
Personal care
Helping to get into and out of bed each morning and evening
Ensuring that medicines are taken, at the correct time (medication can only be given to patients, as part of an agreed care plan)
Assistance with bathing and getting dressed
Help doing the shopping
Leave in Care
Night shifts/Overnight stay
House Keeping
Laundry
Companionship
Meal preparations
Home help
Sleepovers
Escorts/Outings
Catheter/Stoma Care.
The service will be available 24 hours, 7 days per week, including all statutory holidays.

Funding for care in Scotland
Your care home costs could be partially funded by the council. To qualify for this, you must first arrange a care needs assessment
- Free personal and/or nursing care funding is available to anyone aged 65 or over, regardless of their financial situation.
- Funding towards accommodation costs is also available if your assets (property & savings) are below £28,500.
