REVIEW FROM CLIENT'S FAMILY
Mo Carmichael reviewed Almond Blossom Care – 5 star
26 July 2018.
Almond Blossom carers were recently looking after my mum who was terminally ill with cancer. They were extremely professional, ensuring my mum's every need was met. Nkechi is very experienced in caring for the elderly and she knew how and where to access additional help, for example when she noticed that my mum could no longer sit comfortably in a chair, she contacted the council for a recliner to be installed. They sensitively looked after her personal care needs but also built a relationship with my mum, for example, mum looked forward to her chats with Chris about football. Nkechi , Fatima and Paula gave my mum wonderful assistance to meet my mum's wish to carry on living at home independently. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend the Almond Blossom carers to anyone who needs in-home care.

Almond blossom Carers began caring for my dad approx 8 weeks ago. He required personal care 4 times daily. It was Chris that took the lead in the caring role and he undertook this role in a professional, respectful and dignified manner at all times.
From day one his cheery, fun, caring personality was a hit with my dad, and the rest of the family. Chris always had a smile for us all. In fact Chris showed a real interest in my dad, always chatting, laughing, watching a little of the World Cup and even discussing the ‘state of the world’! He really was outstanding ! and this genuine relationship kept my dads spirits up during the last seven weeks of his life.
Sadly my dad passed away on 4th August 2018.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Almond blossom Care to any other family requiring a similar package of care.

I would like to thank your staff for the very nice and pleasant care they gave to my husband. Tomorrow he is going to move to Camilla House, a resting home in the Grange, Edinburgh, for long time care.
Henry and Fatima, whom we saw most frequently, but also the lady from Senegal and the fellow from Guinea-Bissau have been super in managing my sometimes unwilling husband to get up in the morning and getting him ready for his breakfast. It was a great help for me and I liked their kind presence. They were always punctual as well, which was a relief.
