About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in a vital area of the Care Sourcer business. We think our product is great, and there’s world of untapped potential in new and exciting markets. The business Development Executive will support the Commercial Director and Chief Commercial Officer by taking real responsibility for planning and growing exciting new markets.

This role is a very important position and you’ll see the results of your work instantly. This is the first Business Development Executive role working in market development and there’s so much opportunity!

 

Responsibilities
  • Explore new opportunities, gather data to draw insights and make recommendations. There’s a world of opportunity and we need someone who can navigate it in an intelligent way.
  • Reach out to new contacts and forge meaningful B2B relationships with the support of the Market
  • Understand and own elements of the market development approach, becoming a real ‘knowledge guru’ internally.
  • Actively monitor and share external factors that impact market development, to keep the team agile and responsive.
  • Be able to ‘act now’ as much as ‘think big’.
  • Prepare and deliver killer presentations to inspire people towards our vision for market development.
  • Roll up your sleeves. This is a brand new role in a new (and vital) area of Care Sourcer. Be prepared to show a broad range of skills and work in an agile way.

 

Requirement
  • You’re a self starter who can manage your own workload and prioritise.
  • You’re a ‘do-er’, but your mind can switch between creating and doing.
  • Making friends and building relationships is easy peasy.
  • You’re willing to ‘go with the flow’. This is a new role, you need to be agile.
  • If you’ve got experience in customer service or B2B, that’s great too.

The ideal candidate will be quietly confident, energetic and proactive in going after opportunities.
