Palliative care:
Our end of life care is provided by a team of dedicated carers, who are specially trained to assist those with terminal illnesses. They offer not just care, but comfort and support, to both service user and their family.
The comfort and dignity of the Service user is always paramount in the care we provide. All of our end of life carers are individually selected, according to not just their practical abilities, but their caring and compassionate nature.
Our end of life carers can offer assistance with both personal and practical tasks, such as washing, dressing and preparing meals. Providing as much or as little assistance as you require.

The Oak Healthcare team are trained to a high standard to ensure that a quality driven service is provided to all our service users. All members of the Oak Healthcare team are qualified, experienced and passionate about the work they carry out and aim to provide the highest standard of service.
Our carers are dedicated to providing dignified support. We pride ourselves on understanding service users’ needs and requirements ensuring correct support. We would look to guarantee the service user with the same carer to make sure there is a consistent service.
We ensure these standards are met by providing up to date training and robust spot tests.
