Allied Healthcare began life in 1972 as a one-branch home nursing service in Staffordshire. Since then, we’ve grown to become one of the nation’s biggest and most recognised care providers Delivering the high-quality care that people deserve is very important to us. The network of branches we’ve developed allows us to manage local teams of healthcare professionals, giving the benefit of a truly personal service. Learn more about our commitment to quality. In 2018, Allied Healthcare joined the HCRG (Health Care Resourcing Group) – a well-established diversified homecare and forensic medical provider and healthcare & education staffing business. We’re in the unique position of being able to cater for practically all healthcare, home care and specialist needs. Meaning we’re the trusted care provider of choice for many UK authorities. We’re also an approved healthcare supplier to the NHS.Our expertise across a wide range of home care services ranges from visiting care to very specialist services. Our experience includes caring for children with behavioural needs, support for people with disabilities, reablement care for those recovering from illness or injury, and expert clinical care by community nurses. We aim to keep as many people as possible, living independently in their own homes. To provide a consistent, informed and responsive service, we develop good relationships with social work and community health teams. Also customers’ families and advocates, and the GP practices that provide referrals to our services. We’re an approved healthcare supplier to the NHS, and many local authorities nationwide have contracted us to be a care provider in their area. A result of the great partnerships we’ve developed over the decades.
