Loyal Care Consortium has been in the business of providing domiciliary and nursing care services in London. We are delighted with the warm welcome from the local community and it gives me immense pleasure to introduce our services to service users.

At Loyal Care Consortium, our vision is to provide access to cost-effective, high-quality personalized health care services for our services users. We differentiate our service offering by avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. We are poised and utilise our specialised expertise to promote our boutique brand to clients, partners and community members. As a boutique company we provide customisable services to our clients. We provide clients with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care through comprehensive domiciliary and nursing care with a specialization in palliative end-of-life care; people who may be bed bound; people who may need help overnight; people with behavioural needs; supporting people to recognise and develop their own strengths and abilities to live a fulfilling life.

We provide dedicated live-in care service with one-to-one support that clients simply cannot get in any other care homes. Our live-in companions help to ensure service users can maintain and enjoy normal routines and lifestyle – on a 24/7 basis. Our person-centred care approach includes clients in the decision-making process for their own health and wellbeing. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect, that’s why we work in collaboration with clients – so that they can enjoy their life at home with the care and attention they need and deserve. This is our view of what personalised home care should be.

Because everyone is different, each of our clients receive a personalised care plan. We then provide a shortlist of highly trained carers matched to clients on personality, lifestyle, hobbies and interests as well as any specific care needs. This carer will stay with clients for up to three months at a time before they take a break and will alternate with another carer who is just as suitable as the first.
