Amber Healthcare Services is a company with experience in complex care. We provide care and support to adults and children with disabilities such as: genetical disorders MND,MS,Huntington Disease, Parkinson, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia as well as spinal injuries, patients with tracheostomy, peg, pej, oxygen and ventilation.
We provide palliative care and any other complex care needed.
Each client has his/her own team of carers supported and coordinated by experienced management and Registered Nurse.
We work closely with CCG , GP,DN , OTs and any other proffesional involve in care.
Each of our clients is treated individually and we try to support him/her not only physically but also psychologically, emotionally , spiritually making sure that all needs are covered.
Company is able to provide care in form of day shifts, awake, sleeping nights as well as live-in basis.
