The facilities are excellent and our father was convinced he was staying in a 5 star hotel. The most impressive thing about Sunrise Chorleywood, however, is the quality of care & service provided by the staff. Both of our parents have died within the last two months and the loving care they received right to the end was amazing. A BIG thank you to everyone at Sunrise Chorleywood.

Personally I wouldn't recommend this home, I previously worked here for less than 3 months. The residents are ignored when asking for help, left in showers for over 2 hours withought being seen to and left very distressed. The alarm buzzers arent answered and the residents are left to be distressed and discrimated. The residents pay a high amount of money for their care, so you'd think they would have extra care and respect. Instead they get charged extra when they take longer to get dressed/washed. This home needs a big improvement. They are very short staffed and it's a daily occurrence. There is no "being part of a team" I couldn't even make a resident a cup of tea withought being told "you don't have time for that". Very glad to be out and I advice that you don't let your precious family members pay an extortionate price for such little care.

Need updating with medication policy and procedures. The staff gave my Grandmother the wrong dose for 2 weeks before they realised!
List could go on, best to avoid!

A Very beautiful, spacious and well planned out care home for loved ones. It has excellent facilities with really nice staff.
However. I was a bit disappointed by the car park, which is no where near big enough for visitors and staff.
