Well I came to visit this home recently.
And this is one for the most loveliest homes I’ve been to.
Rhiannon the manager, she was so helpful, And went above and beyond to help me with all my questions.
Staff were all kind, cheery and smiley.
Mainly the staff on ‘Windsor’ unit, they are absolutely amazing with the residents. I made sure I got their names, Naomi and Jodie. I was absolutely over the moon with that particular Unit. And especially those two members of staff.
I did have 1 downfall, and that was a member of staff called Andrew (I think that was his name) I personally found him very patronising towards residents and staff, and very loud. I could see why that would be a ‘put off’ for some people.
But only because that’s my opinion, I wouldn’t give you any less then 5* I think you deserve ALL deserve.
Juniper House is definitely a #1 choice for when it’s needed.

    Thank you

A very welcoming place where the staff are always on hand to help and make your visit as best possible. I have never seen someone as enthusiastic as Anita the activities coordinator. She puts her heart and soul into her job for the benefit of those enjoying her presence. I highly recommend Juniper House and indeed Anita.
