Our services can include companionship, home help, personal care, meal preparation, post-hospital care, specialised dementia care and live-in care – but our objective is to respond to a client’s needs so as to support their ongoing independence at home and promote their dignity, rather than merely perform tasks. We want to build trusting relationships with clients and their families, and provide a flexible and individualised service based on personal requirements and aspirations.
Our carers are chosen for their compassion, reliability and ethos, and are given high quality training with ongoing professional development. We match carers to our clients’ needs, introduce them to clients before visiting commences, and provide continuity through a consistent small group of carers. Our carers do not wear uniforms.
