I have found the ethos of the home offers dignity and compassion to the residents at all times. A custom built home for Dementia sufferers provides, in my opinion, the highest level of care at time when the residents most need it . I am so please we found Abbeyfield to me my mothers home for her later years, she has loved it there.

I have looked at other care homes in the area and Abbeyfield is the best for my Mum with caring, attentive and proactive staff. I love the warm welcome making it easier to visit and my Mum can walk anyway in the home or garden when she wants. The talented activities team arrange fun and interesting things to do, including theme days to give the home a different feel for the residents and we, the relatives, are welcome to join in; its just a shame I am at work! There are regular relatives meetings and should you need any support, the lovely staff or support group meetings are there to help.
