Surrounded by four and a half acres of landscaped gardens, Devonshire Court is located in a peaceful residential area in Oadby, Leicester. We provide residential care and dementia support for up to 69 residents.
We want you to feel right at home with us. Here at Devonshire Court, you will have a spacious, fully furnished bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a specialist team to support your care needs.

Devonshire Court can support up to 49 people living in our Star Centre, Trusted Avenue and Supportive Way, which make up the residential areas of our Home. In our Kindness Suite, we care for up to 20 people with complex conditions, including dementia.

We have approximately 17 experienced carers during the day, and eight carers during the night. Our carers will be a mix of experienced carers with at least one level 3 carer and one shift leader looking after each floor. Our senior shift leader will oversee the delivery of care in the home with the support of our deputy manager and home manager.

Most of our care staff have achieved, or are working towards an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care. Devonshire Court also provides specific and tailored training in areas such as Dementia Care and Parkinson’s disease.

From the manager

“Our aim is support our residents to live their lives to the full – having dreams about the future, meeting new friends, having the right support to remain in control of their lives while maintaining existing relationships, and being a valued member of the community.”

— Juliet O'Connor
