Surrounded by landscaped gardens, James Terry Court is located in South Croydon, in Surrey. We provide residential care, nursing and dementia support for up to 76 residents.

We want you to feel right at home with us. Here at James Terry Court, you will have a spacious, fully furnished bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a specialist team to support your care needs.

James Terry Court can support up to 28 people in the residential part of our Home. We have four experienced carers in the morning and two at night. All shifts are supervised by a Shift Leader.

In our Dementia Support House, we can care for up to 36 residents and is supervised by a Shift Leader with eight carers during the day and four carers at night.

Our nursing area can support up to 12 residents and is managed by a Registered Nurse who leads a team of three carers during the day and two during the night.

Most of our carers have achieved, or are working towards a NVQ/QCF in health and social care.

We have a 24-hour nurse call system installed in all our residents’ rooms and each person has a personal alarm to carry, so they can call for assistance when they are around the Home or out and about.

We have two dedicated Activities Coordinators who organise a variety of activities as well as trips outside of the Home, to support our residents’ health and wellbeing.
