We provide personal care such as washing, dressing, showering and assisting to the toilet. We also help with medication visits, shopping, domestic and social visits such as sitting services and taking people out into the community
All our staff are fully trained in moving and handling, first aid, medication and have completed their care certificate and can access qualifications to level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care
All service users will have an outcome based care plan and full assessment prior to the service being delivered and you will also have access to a main worker who you will meet before the care starts.
