Salisbury Manor is a luxury care home offering residential, nursing and dementia care. The General Manager leads a friendly team of professionals that provide compassionate care for residents, assisting them to enjoy their lives to the full.

The home was designed around a beautiful Georgian house and grounds, and has recently been renovated. Residents can enjoy an array of luxury facilities including newly refreshed and stylish lounges, a café and hair and beauty salon.

The team of fully qualified nurses and experienced care colleagues oversee the health and wellbeing of each resident with care and support available 24 hours a day. Everything they do focuses on enabling the fullest possible life for residents.

Salisbury Manor is a ‘Veteran Friendly Framework’ accredited care home, recognising the best practice and highest standards of care for the Armed Forces community.

From the manager

“I joined Salisbury Manor because I wanted to make a difference. Every day is different, and I love how Care UK ensures that residents are living fulfilling lives. It's important that we are not only respectful of each other, but also of the fact that this is the residents’ home, and it is a privilege to support them. I qualified as a nurse in 2003 – it was such a dream. Even today I feel proud to be a nurse. I have worked in a variety of roles and gained different experiences. Before working at Salisbury Manor, I was a Deputy Ward Sister at New Hall Hospital for two years, and before that I spent 19 years at Salisbury Hospital. I believe that to be Home Manager, you need to lead by example. We are here to serve residents and make their lives fulfilled, so it’s important to be supportive and ready to listen. You also need to empower the team and help them to learn and grow.”
