As the founder and Managing Director of Rooted Health and Social Care Ltd t/a Rooted Home Care, let me share what motivated me to start this venture. My unyielding passion for providing personalised care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes was the driving force behind my decision to establish Rooted Home Care.
At Rooted Home Care, we believe that care is best delivered when it is rooted in the client’s home. Our mission is to empower individuals to live independently and maintain their quality of life by providing them with the highest standard of care and support services.
Caring for a loved one can be a challenging and emotional experience, but it can also inspire us to create positive change in the world. My experience as a carer for my grandfather and my earlier career in the care industry motivated me to establish Rooted Home Care.
As a Doctor in healthcare management, I have years of experience in both public and private health and social care industry. I have made my mark by developing the first evidence-based study that identified dimensions and attributes of customer experience within NHS England hospitals and general health and social care. Through hard work and dedication, I have initiated a shift towards evidence-based customer experience frameworks in national and international organisations across the health and social care sector.
My qualifications, combined with my determination to impact the lives of individuals within my community positively, inspired me to establish Rooted Home Care. We aim to offer personalised and compassionate care to those requiring assistance daily, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and supported at every step.
