• help with your laundry and keep your home clean and tidy
• organise bathing, clean clothes & fresh bedding
• help with getting ready for bed
Mealtimes:
• providing assistance at mealtimes
• preparing nutritious balanced and thoughtful meals
• breakfast, lunch & dinner
Medication:
• remind and assist you in taking medicines
• Collect or return medication
Outings:
• Go shopping with you
• help make a shopping list
• help put it all away
• accompany you to collect your pension
• support with visiting friends or family, attending day centre, clubs etc
