Wisteria is a small but intimate residential home. The staff are attentive and caring, treating the residents with dignity. They do not wear uniforms which was ideal for my mum who just thought of them as friends rather than carers. It was a pleasure visiting mum there, interacting with the staff and other residents. It felt like I was visiting mum with her friends around. They have entertainers visiting the home and mum particularly loved the singers. Sadly mum is no longer with us but I do know she enjoyed her time there.

Mum and I were hesitant about putting granddad / dad into a home. Wisteria changed that.

The care that my granddad and other residents get, is unexplainable. The staff are so passionate about their jobs, so friendly, helpful, supportive and so, so happy! I have never seen a carer in a bad mood, even if their day had been rubbish.

My mum and I visit granddad / dad twice a week, sometimes more, for about 2 hours a time. We love spending time with him and the other residents. We have not seen him this happy in years!

I cannot fault Wisteria at all.

A+ to all of you guys. You should be proud of yourselves.

Good care home specialising in dementia care. Staff are very attentive. Not as much space as some other homes and limited outdoor room for walking in the fresh air.
