Mountview Private Limited is a domiciliary care agency who aims to provide homecare support and care to service user aged 18-65 years and aged 65 years plus. Mountview Private Limited is CQC registered for the regulated activity personal care. We look after service user with physical disability, mental health and dementia. Our services will range from short visits to comprehensive personalised skilled care packages to meet individual support needs. Our personalised care plan will make sure that individual’s skills and independence are improved and encouraged in order to enable them to contribute to their community in a way they would wish to, such as participating in keep fit, adult education classes, library/talking newspaper services, using community centres/cafes. We aim provide a service, in accordance with the agreed hours/timescales for each Customer’s Individual Care Plan and we always ensure that the consistency of a customer’s care worker is maintained.
We understand that our Service Users are all unique and pledge to treat them with kindness, sensitivity, respect, and dignity at all times by upholding their Human and Citizenship Rights as well as their right to privacy and independence.
