The staff were very rude and almost aggressive! I wouldn’t put my pet cat in there, one girl told me that ‘staff decide when residents go to bed’ where is the promoting independence??
From where I was looking there was no person centred care either! Absolute disgrace..

    A DEFINITE NO FROM ME
