Farm Lane is a modern and very welcoming purpose-designed care home in Fulham, south west London. Our experienced team provides person-centred nursing and respite care for older people. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care.

We involve residents and families at every step of the care planning journey, from creating individualised programmes to discussing any decisions that need to be made. The home has a calm and friendly atmosphere which helps people to feel settled very quickly. Many residents have lived in Fulham for a long time and we support each person to maintain their links with the community. And we always celebrate the diverse cultural occasions that are important to residents.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Farm Lane. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you've been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Please do give us a ring to organise coming to see Farm Lane and to meet our Home Manager. We would be delighted to spend time finding out about yours or your loved ones care needs and share information on the care we provide.

From the manager

“I joined Care UK in 2018 as a Registration Nurse from the Bahamas. Since then I’ve worked hard to climb the ladder to Senior Registered General Nurse, Clinical Lead and now Home Manager. A little while ago I even won Care UK’s ‘Nurse of the Year’ award, which was a highlight! Care UK is a great place to work: as well as being a leading care provider, the support it gives to its teams is exceptional. I’ve been supported to learn and progress and do as much training as possible, and I aim to empower my team in the same way, so they can do their best work. I’m entirely dedicated to the residents’ wellbeing and ensuring they receive the highest quality care. Even the smallest actions can make a huge difference to a person and make them feel special and cared for. I always look forward to any opportunities I have during the day to chat to the residents and my colleagues here at Farm Lane.”
