Cheshire Springs is a small complex needs care home in Whitby, Ellesmere Port, that supports people living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
It’s part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs.
Cheshire Springs is a community-based home that provides person-centred care and rehabilitation which focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live their best lives.
We support people on their journey from being in hospital or living in a secure setting to community and independent living. We also offer long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.
