Manager's quote

I am a Mother of 2 boys and I have 2 grandsons. My first job in care was in 2000 when I first started here at Washington Grange as a part time care assistant. Within 2 years I had been promoted to senior care assistant and then went onto become the Deputy Manager gaining many qualifications such as care level 2 and 3.

Now I am the General Manager here at Washington Grange and have been here for 14 years now and have a great team behind me.
