Manager's quote

Hi, my name is Sandra and I am the General Manager here at Ashminster House.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 1983 and have over 20 years experience of working with the elderly, including more than 15 years as a Care Home Manager. I studied for and obtained my Registered Manager Award in 2004.

At each of the care homes I have worked at, or managed, I feel that I have been able to make a difference to improving the quality of care for residents and have been able to influence other team members to share my passion for high quality care – and this is something that I plan to continue at Ashminster House.
