Top4care Services Ltd aim to provide independence through the provision of personal and social care for people in their own homes and wider community. We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission and specialise in providing 24-hour support, including live-in, waking night or sleep in services. We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health problems and complex needs such as substance misuse. We cover London, Greater London, South East London and Surrey.
We support clients' right to develop a socially inclusive life; we work following Domiciliary Care Standards Act 2000 in partnership with the REACH Standards and Valuing People to meet our responsibilities under the Care Standards Act. Our staff are selected in line with the person's specification using the service to best meet the individual's needs.
