Service users include those requiring complex care needs; experiencing mental health disorder, sensory impairment, learning difficulties/spectrum disorder; including service users detained under mental health act requiring care and support in their own familiar environment and surroundings.
With regards to personal care, we have desire in providing the highest standard of care to service users/clients in the comfort of their homes and time most convenient to them including promoting their preferences and choices. Our focus is on quality and safety of service users, based on the things that matter to them; making sure that the service we provide is safe, responsive, caring, effective to their needs and well-led by competent, skilled and qualified staff.
