Their is no one currently prepared to take accountability at this nursing home, no one is in charge and no one can make decisions. This has resulted in inconsistent and poor care. The home smells of urine and the residents needs are not fully met. I will be working with the Care Quality Commission to ensure that future residents do not have the same treatment that my grandmother had. As a nurse I have been deeply disappointed and upset that Century Care are allowed to operate a home with these standards in 2018!

My mum has been in Brimstage Manor for nearly 7 years and receives excellent care. The home is very clean and the staff are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this home.
