Manager's quote

Our shared vision for Winslow House is to ‘empower residents to live happy, fulfilled and purposeful lives.’ This gives us a common goal as a team, to improve quality of life. This vision has given us a sense of purpose and has become the foundation upon which my team is constantly trained in order to develop and create a positive thinking on how we can care for residents and everyone else around us. It has allowed us as a team to measure our daily successes and to celebrate those moments when we have made a positive impact on residents’ lives.
My Care Team is special and dedicated. They reflect upon their contact with residents, and openly share ideas about improving care. It is the relationships between staff, residents and relatives that are the special ingredients here at Winslow House. There are high quality interactions between residents, relatives and staff, creating a thriving and a supportive community. Residents and staff enjoy time together, and staff feels positive about their work and more in tune with resident’s needs and aspirations. "There is a sense of Peace ,Love Calmness and Warmth here at Winslow House."
