Torkington House care home in Acton in West London is one of the friendliest and happiest residential care homes in the whole of the London Borough of Ealing. It provides exceptional residential care and dementia care to the older people of Acton and Ealing. It serves also the neighbouring boroughs of Harrow, Hayes, Wimbledon and Richmond. The home is fully CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliant. It has achieved a “Good” rating in all categories in their most recent inspection.

The team at Torkington House treat every resident as an individual. They go to great lengths to learn as much as possible about the residents. I pride myself in leading a care team that delivers care that is person-centered. We treat residents dignity, respect and culturally sensitive care. We also extend this approach to residents, family and friends.
I commit myself to provide every resident with a safe, homely and warm environment at Torkington House. Our residents are the most important people on our premises and we are dependent on them. My take personal interest in an active involvement in every aspect of daily life at Torkington House. I create a working environment which will attract, motivate and develop my team. My believe is in having an open, honest and fair approach in everything I do. I have instigated various changes to the home which gives a feeling of homeliness for visitors and residents alike providing a home from home environment.
