From the manager
“My name is Debbie, I am the Home Manager for Woodlands. I joined the company in 2000 and am very glad to work in such a wonderfully caring environment. Our residents are so lovely and I and the rest of the staff have become so attached to them that we think of them as our friends. I am lucky to have a fantastic team under me who help make the home such a warm and friendly place that it is a home from home for us too. I am so proud to have retained our Outstanding Overall rating from CQC. It is something the whole team is really proud of and we are working really hard to ensure we maintain our Outstanding Overall Rating.”
