Field Lodge care home is located on the outskirts of the ancient but still thriving town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. As soon as you enter Field Lodge care home you'll notice the lively and welcoming atmosphere. You'll be greeted by a friendly face at reception and as you explore the ground floor you'll discover a tuck shop, cinema, hair salon and nail bar, as well as a children's play area and contemporary coffee shop, perfect for a slice of cake and a chat with loved ones on wet days.

Our dedicated and experienced Field Lodge care team are passionate about helping residents to continue doing the things they love. Activity and independence are central to life at the home and you will always find a variety of activities going on. Plus there's plenty of light, and comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated areas to relax, read, chat to visitors or enjoy the views across the gardens.

Before becoming a resident at Field Lodge our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

To find out more about the care provided at Field Lodge then please get in touch. Our Home Manager or Administrator would be delighted to answer your queries and invite you to come and see us.

From the manager

“I have been a care home manager since 2004 and worked for the same company for 11 years. Before that I worked in NHS acute services. I’ve even spent time working for the Saudi Ministry of Defence in a military hospital in Saudi Arabia. I decided to work for Care UK because the company puts people, residents and staff at the heart of everything it does. It’s a growing organisation focused on the delivery of quality care. Field Lodge has a lovely homely atmosphere and the team works really well together. My priorities are to support residents to have a great quality of life, and to help our team to facilitate that quality of life.”
