Before becoming a resident at Field Lodge our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

From the manager
“I have been a care home manager since 2004 and worked for the same company for 11 years. Before that I worked in NHS acute services. I’ve even spent time working for the Saudi Ministry of Defence in a military hospital in Saudi Arabia. I decided to work for Care UK because the company puts people, residents and staff at the heart of everything it does. It’s a growing organisation focused on the delivery of quality care. Field Lodge has a lovely homely atmosphere and the team works really well together. My priorities are to support residents to have a great quality of life, and to help our team to facilitate that quality of life.”
