From the manager

“Hi, my name is Brendan, and I’m the General Manager of Lydfords. Welcome to our website! I started my career in the hotel industry, completing hotel management training before specialising in front of house management and sales and marketing. After 30 years in the industry, I transferred my skill set to work in the private social care industry with a focus on customer service which I am passionate about. I have personal experience of the challenges faced by growing older and the need for assistance and, since 2014, I have worked with customers and their families in helping them to find solutions to care needs. I am looking forward to the challenge of opening the refurbished home and building a team that will have our residents at the heart of everything we do, and creating a warm, safe and friendly environment.”
