At Sarat Healthcare, we understand the process of taking on a new Package of Care and ensuring we carry out all the Initial Assessments as well as Risk Assessments to develop person-centered care plan for the service users. Our staff are well trained, friendly and with strict adherence to rules and regulations of their profession. We carefully select our staff members and they have gone through relevant screening processes that include DBS checks, skills checks, right-to-work, and emotional checks with a reliable referencing process. We make sure their trainings are up-to-date and relevant to the expectations of our clients. Our staff are caring, compassionate, and always ready to deliver quality care at all times.

Equally, we have the staff capacity to cover all over London and neighbouring counties for Live-in packages of care.
