From the manager

“I have worked at Care UK for several years, and I have always appreciated the company’s visions and values. Their desire to help residents continue living fulfilling lives aligned with my own values. I joined Dashwood Manor after several years as Deputy Manager at another local home. I am looking forward to being a part of the already great team at Dashwood and continuing to offer exceptional care together. Being in a managerial role within the home requires very good listening and communication skills. You also need passion and care for the residents and the team you work with. Each day I enjoy getting out of my office and onto the units, having the opportunity to interact with residents, relatives and colleagues. I am excited to continue to get to know all the residents and their wonderful families.”
