We take pride in the support and reassurance that we provide for families and next-of-kin. We ensure that each Resident is treated as the unique person that they are, respecting their right to dignity and privacy and enabling them to lead as fulfilled a life as possible. It’s the services that we provide and the very high standard of care and kindness that we set ourselves that makes Meadowcroft special.
All 17 Residents have single bedrooms, of which 16 have en-suite facilities, ensuring maximum privacy. Private telephones can be connected to each bedroom if required and television points are provided. All rooms are centrally heated and double-glazed. Each room has been created to be a comfortable place to relax in and enjoy. Although tastefully decorated and furnished, our Residents are also encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing with them their favourite pieces of furniture, much-loved photographs or home accessories.
Meadowcroft has a large lounge and delightful dining room, as well as a quiet lounge. All three rooms have been decorated stylishly, but with superior comfort and homeliness in mind. Our bright and spacious living areas enjoy beautiful views of the park, and are a welcoming and comfortable place to relax, to read, to listen to music or meet and chat with family and friends over home-made cake and tea.
