Ashridge Court Care Centre is a bright, spacious and modern care home set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, just outside Bexhill-on-Sea. The home, surrounded by gardens and, with magnificent sea views, offers the highest possible quality of life for all our residents, and exceptional care is delivered with empathy, compassion and a focus on dignity.
There are 51 spacious and comfortably furnished rooms offering superb general nursing care. All rooms are equipped with TV and DVD, telephone points, a nurse call system and an adjustable automatic bed with a control handset for additional comfort.
In addition, the Hazel Wing offers a self-contained 16-bed unit for people experiencing dementia in all its forms, with a trained team providing specialist expertise to care for people whose symptoms make their lives particularly challenging. Everything is centred around meeting your needs and making your life as comfortable as possible.
Nursing and care staff are on hand 24/7, supported by dedicated teams of chefs, activities, administration and housekeeping staff. There is a variety of specialist equipment to help move residents carefully and safely.
There is lift access between the floors, and all areas are wheelchair accessible. Free WiFi is also available throughout the home.
A dedicated activities team offers a daily programme of interesting and therapeutic activities designed around your tastes and needs.
The communal areas, including the Channel View and Hazel lounges and dining rooms overlooking the gardens, provide comfortable spaces to socialise with guests or other residents, or sit quietly and enjoy pleasant weather.
The café-style bar offers refreshments such as freshly baked cakes and biscuits, throughout the day.
The extensive private gardens have been carefully designed to be wheelchair accessible and well-planned decks offer superb views over the coastline.
