SERVICES
Garden Lodge is a residential care home catering for up to 48 residents. The home is divided into two areas, one of which specialises in dementia care and the other, residential care, all rooms are for single occupancy. All areas within the home have been tastefully decorated to a high standard by our interior designer and include soft furnishings, curtains and accessories.

There are several bathrooms/shower rooms for communal use, all of which have been designed for ease of use with our residents.

Within each area there is a large dining room as well as a lounge, both of which are light and airy, as well as having access to the courtyard gardens. All gardens are well maintained and secure. A smoking lounge is available within the home for the resident’s use. The home also boasts a fully equipped hairdressing salon. As the home is purpose built and one storey, there are no access concerns.

There is a large car park at the front of the building for visitors, as well as being near bus stops which benefit from a frequent service to both the city centre and surrounding areas.

Our chefs will be on hand to produce fresh home cooked varied menus, they also meet with each resident on a regular basis to gain further information regarding their likes and dislikes.

STAFF
Our well trained care team will be on hand to help to support our residents in a manner that is both professional and unobtrusive, promoting independence as well as a sense of well-being and security. Our philosophy states that attention to detail makes the difference and our staff are always prepared, to go the extra mile. All residents are treated as individuals and our focus will be on what they can do for themselves, and not what they are no longer capable of.

From the manager
