A Star Care Services provides brilliant, personal and reliable care to their Clients which is tailored to the individual's needs. They are a Company that strives for excellence by meeting targets with attributes such as being punctual, professional and most of all being caring and having empathy.
Care services offered at A Star Care Services include: Elderly Care, Dementia Care, Alzheimer's, Eating Disorders, Parkinson’s, Disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, Social & Domiciliary Services. If your needs do not match the criteria, do not hesitate to call them to see if they be accommodated.
Management at A Star Care Services are continuously involved with the care of their Clients. They do this by going out at least once a month to ensure their Clients are happy with the care being received and to assess any risks identified from their Team of Carers.
Their Carers are trained to a high standard by the Registered Managers and are reviewed every 3 months. All staff are put on an NVQ Level 2/3 & 5 and have a great understanding of people's abilities showing they know how to promote people's independence. They are compassionate and supportive to all individual's needs.
They also offer a Transportation Service to individuals who have physical impairments or need additional assistance to get from A to B.
