We wish to provide that highest quality of care, and to do this we give priority to a number of areas relating to the operation of the home and the services we provide.

We strive to provide services at Glasson House that are service user led. We recognise how easily this focus can slip and we will remain vigilant to ensure that the facilities, resources, policies, activities and services of the home remain resident-led.
