Cross Lane House Residential Care Home Cross Lane House is a beautiful old country mansion, set in two acres of mature landscaped gardens in the heart of Rural Sussex in a beautiful and quiet residential area of the village of Ticehurst, East Sussex, and yet within walking distance of local shops, bank and pubs. We are easily accessible from the A21.. The home is within walking distance of the shops of Ticehurst village and is ideally situated for the bus or coach trips to Tunbridge Wells or the south coast. All staff employed at the home receive enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults checks prior to employment. All staff receive mandatory training plus additional training from external sources according to the needs of our clients and CQC regulations. To provide a safe environment, we have a health and safety policy that must be adhered to. Hazards or dangers must be reportedto the person in charge of the home at the time they are noted, for relevant action to be taken and documented. The home values suggestions and feedback, including complaints, from residents, visitors and staff. Periodically we send questionnaires that assist us to evaluate and review what we do, and how we do things with the aim of improving the service we provide. The principle objective of the home is to create a caring homely atmosphere where our clients can maintain as much independence as possible with dignity and respect while living a full active life. Cross Lane House Carehome provides accommodation, meals, and personal care, with experienced care assistants in constant attendance day and night.
