Cross Lane House Residential Care Home Cross Lane House is a beautiful old country mansion, set in two acres of mature landscaped gardens in the heart of Rural Sussex in a beautiful and quiet residential area of the village of Ticehurst, East Sussex, and yet within walking distance of local shops, bank and pubs. We are easily accessible from the A21.. The home is within walking distance of the shops of Ticehurst village and is ideally situated for the bus or coach trips to Tunbridge Wells or the south coast. All staff employed at the home receive enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults checks prior to employment. All staff receive mandatory training plus additional training from external sources according to the needs of our clients and CQC regulations. To provide a safe environment, we have a health and safety policy that must be adhered to. Hazards or dangers must be reportedto the person in charge of the home at the time they are noted, for relevant action to be taken and documented. The home values suggestions and feedback, including complaints, from residents, visitors and staff. Periodically we send questionnaires that assist us to evaluate and review what we do, and how we do things with the aim of improving the service we provide. The principle objective of the home is to create a caring homely atmosphere where our clients can maintain as much independence as possible with dignity and respect while living a full active life. Cross Lane House Carehome provides accommodation, meals, and personal care, with experienced care assistants in constant attendance day and night. Whilst independence and dignity is always respected, a real sense of community has also developed in our home, we have an extended family environment which the residents and their families become part of. Our services are designed around the individual to offer care and support which is personalised for the person we are working with. As well as 26 sizeable single on-suites the Ground floor comprises of two spacious lounges with patio doors leading out to the extensive gardens and outside seating areas. Also on the nursing floor a dining room with views over the East Sussex countryside. There are additional bathrooms and rest room facilities throughout the nursing floor area. Our Clinical Team is committed to providing professional and respectful care and maintaining Barchester’s exceptional standards. Regent House is a family owned Nursing Home situated in the Drive in Hove. We are registered to offer care and support to 30 older people with a variety of physical illnessess including stroke, Parkinson's disease & frailty etc. We have a trained nurse on duty 24 hours a day and a wonderful group of care staff to ensure that your care needs are met fully. Regent House is well-known in the area and we interact with the community as much as we can, including monthly Afternoon Teas when people from our local community are invited to to join us. this is very popular with our residents.
