We are CQC registered, the registered manager is NMC regulated. We operate 24 hours rapid response, our aim is to complete assessments within 24 hours response and to start within 24 hours to 48 hours. As a registered manager with years of experience in nursing, quality is our motive. We perform a baseline clinical check and monitor clients on a regular basis, If we have concerns regarding the client's health, we notify you and your family members with your consent. We discuss your health further if needed and report to your GP. We believe in holistic care, this makes us different from other care providers, our staff ensure our clients are monitored both intake and output, (fluid and food) to ensure a balanced diet, we also monitor bowel movement and report any concerns to your GP with your consent. We encourage and support leg elevation to prevent swellings in legs, encourage reposition and support when necessary to prevent pressure sore since this is one of the major problems with the elderly today. We provide our Client with personal care and ensure you are involved during the care to meet your care needs. We assist with medication and encourage blister parks to prevent medication errors, we tried to involve all the multidiscipline in your care, these will depend on each client care needs. We monitor mobility and assist if necessary with walking aids to prevent falls. We encourage our clients with indoor activity to keep them active and include them in their care. We take complaints very seriously and ensure that your voice is heard. Support and comfort maintained at all times. An Assessment will be done to ensure that you get the right care package. Suggestions can also be given if necessary to ensure you have the right package. Any care you agreed with us will be provided to you. Our goals is to satisfy you with our care. Qualified Staff; All new staff in care work will undertake the skills for Care Common Induction Standards programme to ensure that they understand and are able to fulfil the fundamental elements of providing good care and that safe practices and quality service to all our clients are guaranteed. Staff will be required to undertake minimum of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care within 6 months of starting to work for the company.
