From the manager

“I’ve worked in the care sector all my career, beginning at the tender age of 15 when I did work experience in a residential home. I then became a care assistant and worked my way up. The rest is history! Commissioning a brand new care home is a dream for most Home Managers. You have the chance to shape everything from the team to the home’s values and standards of care. But no Home Manager can do it all by themselves. Success is all about teamwork. If colleagues are happy, then residents will be happy, so I’m looking forward to making Oakfield Croft a home where the team is positive, motivated and everyone loves what they do. We’re focused on delivering the highest care standards in stunning surroundings at our care home in Sale. I look forward to seeing you at Oakfield Croft soon!”
