You’ll find Yatton Hall Care Home on the village high street, being a short drive from Bristol city. Our Care team offers residential care for those who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break. We also provide neurological care and rehabilitation, where we offer support for residents with complex physical disabilities or health needs resulting from a range of neurological conditions.
We run a busy activities programme so that our residents can get the most out of every day, including visits from entertainers, pantos, and choirs. We regularly have the local schools come along and visit our residents, which always puts a smile on their faces. Residents at Yatton Hall have a choice of television lounges and quiet rooms, all perfect places to welcome friends and relatives. In the warmer months people also enjoy our secure and well maintained gardens with their ample seating. We have good connections with the local churches, schools and Cadbury garden centre who visit regularly.

We always ask residents and their families about their food preferences and dietary requirements. Our chef and catering team then work with dieticians to create meals that are nutritious and tasty, using fresh seasonal ingredients. To add more variety, we also make a point of celebrating with special meals and events throughout the year. Residents can eat in our pleasant dining rooms or, if they prefer, we’re pleased to serve them their meal in the privacy of their own rooms.

As well as providing excellent professional care, our entire team is dedicated to fostering a sense of home and of belonging. That means taking plenty of time to understand individual residents, their likes and dislikes, and exploring all the ways we can make them happy and comfortable. It’s all about giving our residents and their loved ones the confidence that we’re providing the very best of care, and delivering special resident experiences every day.

From the manager

“Hi, my name is Caren, and I am the General Manager here at Yatton Hall. Welcome to our website! Yatton Hall is a lovely home and the staff are kind and caring. I think this is the most important thing in a care home, so our residents feel they are at home. You can see from our CQC report that we need to make a lot of improvements, which we will accomplish as team. My background is a registered nurse; I qualified in 1981 and I was first registered as a care home manager in 1994. Since then, I have owned my own home and also worked as part of the regional team supporting care home managers, so I have a good experience base. My vision is to work with the staff to progress the home through the necessary changes to achieve a good CQC rating. The focus will be on resident care throughout this process and we will concentrate on the individuals in our care, as this will provide individualised experiences for our residents.”
