All of our staff are carefully recruited for their compassion and empathy. They are interviewed, reference checked, and vetted through an enhanced DBS which involves POVA & POCA checks; hence adhering to the requirements of CQC regulations. They are highly trained and have ongoing staff development training to ensure they are equipped to deliver a high quality of care.
