You’ll find Maple Lodge Care Home is surrounded by picturesque countryside views, situated in a pleasant suburb of Sunderland. We are close to local shops and walking distance from public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in.

One of the leading care homes in Sunderland, our care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for those who have complex medical needs. We also provide both residential dementia care and nursing dementia care for our residents who require it.

Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Health Care's Dementia Care Framework.

We also have good links with the community, receiving regular visits from local churches for church services, and local schools, which always puts a smile on our residents’ faces.

From the manager

“If you are looking for care, we meet hundreds of individuals, family members and friends in a similar position and would be happy to show you the home and discuss care options. ”

— Helen Mcdonald Taylor
