You’ll find Green Lane Intermediate Care Centre is a purpose-built facility that has a warm and friendly atmosphere, situated in New Wortley. We are close by to local shops and public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.

Our Care team offers nursing care for people who have complex medical needs, and intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stay. Our team is here to help residents complete their recovery and prepare them to feel confident and independent when they return home.

We work in close partnership with NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Groups and local Health and Social Care partners to provide Intermediate Care

Our home is only a short drive away from Leeds centre, which is a great day out for residents and their loved ones to spend quality time together.
